• Body Splash products are non-returnable due to personal use.

• Perfumes can only be returned or exchanged if the item is damaged (e.g., broken bottle or faulty spray mechanism).

• If the perfume has a clear issue and is not suitable, it can be exchanged only, with an additional shipping fee.

• Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
